Engr Prof. Danladi S. MATAWAL, DIC, PhD, FANSE, FAEng., FNSE, FNICE, FNIGE, FNIHTE, FNAEGE, FNIPE has been a Professor of Civil Engineering at Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University Bauchi on his way to retirement at age 70 years in 2025.
Once a 2-term Director-General/CEO of NBRRI, Professor DS MATAWAL was HOD severally in the University, former Dean of Engineering and also Dean of Postgraduate School.
He is well published with journals and author of several textbooks; as well as acclaimed professional design engineer and construction expert with plenty of experience of hindsight in project management with teaching and research experience in all the disciplines of Civil Engineering especially Geotechnical, Structural, Highways, and Water Resources Engineering specializations.
Professor DS MATAWAL is a stable God fearing man with many years of marriage blessed with children and grandchildren.
